West Houston Family Practice

West Houston Family Practice has been part of the Houston community since 1978. We have just moved into our new office with complete Lab, X-ray, EKG, and PT facilities. All under one roof with convenient parking.

Dr. Patterson, Dr. Yee, and Dr. Detter have lived in Houston 29, 58, 19 years respectively. Dr. Italia has lived in Houston for 29 years and Dr. Creixell for 19 years.

We are committed to our patient's health and welfare.

Emergency/After-Hours Contact

For emergencies patients should go preferrably to West Houston Medical Center or Memorial Southwest Hospital where we are on staff. If this is not possible a patient may go to any hospital emegency room.

After hours and on weekends, a doctor is available for emergency consultations only through our main number
