West Houston Family Practice has been part of the Houston community since 1978.

Dr. Patterson, Dr. Yee, and Dr. Detter have lived in Houston 25, 54, 15 years respectively. Dr. Italia has lived in Houston for 25 years and Dr. Crexixell for 15 years.

We are committed to our patient's health and well-being.

Emergency/After-Hours Contact

For emergencies patients should go preferrably to West Houston Medical Center or Memorial Southwest Hospital where we are on staff. If this is not possible a patient may go to any hospital emegency room.

After hours and on weekends, a doctor is available for emergency consultations only through our main number
